There have been three PEP-CPOC-OYCR Forums (2022, 2023, 2024, 2026) hosted at Cal Poly Pomona's Kellogg West Conference Center. These forums have been dynamic, engaging, and comprehensive discussions about the best practices on empowering and providing resources to our incarcerated and formerly incarcerated youth. These meetings have served as Progress Reports for SB 823. Justice-involved organizations have come together to collaborate in seamless and effective ways to provide life-changing opportunities for this population. Our next PEP-OYCR Forum will take place at Cal Poly Pomona's Kellogg West Conference Center on March 3rd, 2028.
